At Meg’s Watches, we want you to shop with confidence. We accept returns for eligible items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible Returns (U.S. Orders)

We accept returns only for the following situations:

  • Item arrived damaged in transit
  • Item is defective or not functioning as expected
  • Incorrect item was received

Return Request Window

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an eligible return.

To help us review your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Preference-based reasons such as style, size, or color
  • Items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Return Shipping

Refunds
